The production price might be higher but the Dairy folk doesn’t care about that. Their business also creates new opportunities for dairy farmers and reduces waste.
Like their other Spirits, Vodkow Vodka is made from milk sugar. In collaboration with the University of Ottawa, the Dairy guys have perfected a process that converts milk permeate into an unbelievably smooth Spirit.
