At Flaviar, we strive to ensure every bottle reaches your collection in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of spirits and food items, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments. If your order is compromised, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, the outer packaging, and the shipping label immediately upon arrival.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our Member Support team with your order number and the attached photos to request a return authorization.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility for a refund or a complimentary replacement.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh bottle at no extra cost or issue a full credit back to your original payment method.
