The building has been a beloved fixture in the Werry family since ’36 and once housed the renowned Roosevelt and Slavey establishments. Now, it’s the brainchild of two inventive homebrewing buddies, Ben Bradley and Alex Buck, who’ve turned the space into a lively gastropub and an unforgettable distillery. The latter is exceptional, boasting three stunning copper pot stills, one from Washington State and two from Scotland. Their beverages range from Beer and Whiskey to Vodka and Gin—every product uses only the good organic stuff and no baddie ingredients
Warfield Organic Whiskey is a Spirit like no other. Its taste surprises with sweet malts accompanied with barely leather, tobacco and cinnamon notes—a proper taste explosion in the mouth! It clocks in at 47% ABV and is distilled from a powerful blend of organic pale and crystal malts. At Warfield, they ensure that their Whiskey is an entirely in-house operation because good quality malts don’t just happen; they must be nurtured and carefully selected. The malts are then diligently mashed, fermented and extracted, resulting in a wondrous Whiskey.
